SCRMET Trades: Petrochemical Products in High Demand
Petrochemical products were in high demand at the trading session of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) held on Thursday, according to SCRMET.
During the session, representatives of business circles from Georgia and the United Arab Emirates purchased liquefied gas and fuel oil for foreign currency. The total value of the deals amounted to $9,739,600.
On the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased denim trousers and cotton yarn for a total of 2,759,400 Turkmen manats.
Founded in 1994, the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan is the main body regulating export and import operations in the country.
