To register for the EXPO 2025., please complete the registration process via our official website: https://expo.ogt-turkmenistan.com/en/registration/.  Once your application has been received, a delegate agreement will be sent to you.

As registration closes on 10 October 2025, the final date to submit visa applications is also 10 October 2025. We kindly ask all participants requiring a visa to submit their applications by this deadline.

Participants may pay the registration fee using one of the following methods:

  • Bank transfer in advance, or
  • Credit card upon arrival in Ashgabat.

Yes, we provide full visa support. Once your registration for the EXPO is completed, we will issue an official invitation letter that you can use to obtain your entry visa.

  1. Completed visa support form
  2. Copy of passport (valid for at least 6 months, with 2 blank pages)
  3. Recent 3x4 cm color photo
  4. Hotel booking confirmation (arranged by organizers)

The Letter of Invitation (LOI) is issued by the State Migration Service within 10–14 working days.

Yes, to obtain a visa upon arrival, you will need to present the copy Letter of Invitation (LOI) along with your passport to the migration officer, who will then stamp the visa in your passport.

In the event that your visa application is denied, we will refund your delegate fee after deducting 10% tax from the total amount.

The visa is issued for 7 days. Delegates may enter the country starting two days before the event and leave up to two days after it ends. In practice, this means you will be able to stay approximately from October 20 to October 26.

If visa support is provided by TEF, it is mandatory for delegates to stay at the designated official hotels: Yyldyz, Divan, or Olimp. Staying at any other hotels is not permitted.

Complimentary transportation will be provided for delegates between the airport, hotels, and the venue.

Accommodation is not part of the registration fee. The organizing team can help you make bookings at the hotels.

A shuttle bus will be arranged by the organizers to transport delegates between the hotels and the venue.

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, with additional charges.

You can collect your badge and on October 21 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yyldyz Hotel. If you arrive on October 22, registration will take place at the conference venue

Yes, free Wi-Fi is provided at the venue.

Delegates can enter Turkmenistan via official land borders, provided they present a valid LOI .

No, domestic travel expenses are not included. Flights or taxi services within the country are not covered, but can be arranged at official rates upon request.

Yes, within the occupied space, you can get one additional table with two chairs, one 240-volt power source, and a shelf for brochures at a certain cost.

The assembly of the stand will begin on 13.10.25 and the disassembly of the stand on 25.10.25

According to the contract, the following people can participate at your stand:

  • two people on 9 m2,
  • three people on 18 m2,
  • four people on 36 m2,
  • five people on 45 m2,
  • six people on 54 m2,
  • ten people on 100 m2
